Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and Tokyn governing your use of the Skylog app (the “App”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the App and provide accurate registration information.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial logbook purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Not for operational or safety-critical use

The App is a personal record-keeping and informational tool only. It is not a flight-planning, navigation, dispatch, or air-traffic system, and must not be relied upon for any operational or safety-critical decision. Flight status, positions, weather, drive times, and security-wait estimates come from third parties, may be delayed or inaccurate, and are provided “as is.” Always rely on official sources and your operator’s procedures.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Skylog offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription (monthly or annual), with an introductory free trial for eligible new users.
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and auto-renew until cancelled. A free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends.
Manage or cancel anytime in your app store account settings. Payment is charged to your store account on confirmation.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or store policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, access other users’ data, or use it to violate any law or third party’s rights.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of the flight data and photos you add. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, sync, and display that content to you as part of providing the App.

8. Intellectual property

The App, its design, and its content (excluding your data) are owned by Tokyn and protected by law.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of third-party data.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tokyn will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any decision made in reliance on the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
