What does Skylog cost?

Logging flights and your dashboard stats are free, forever. Skylog Pro unlocks live tracking, maps, calendar, roster import, trip photos, leaderboards and more — $6.99/month or $60/year, with a one-month free trial for new subscribers.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by the App Store or Google Play. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Skylog. On Android: Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. You can cancel anytime; Pro stays active until the end of the current period.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your flights and photos live in your own private account, isolated by row-level security, and are never sold or used for advertising. See our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and all data anytime from the Account screen.

How do I log a multi-leg trip?

On the Add Flight screen, tap “Add another leg” to chain legs together — including overnight layovers with per-leg dates and times. The whole trip saves as one entry.

Can I import my crew roster?

Yes — Skylog Pro can import a roster or an existing logbook (CSV), so you can add a whole month at once instead of entering flights by hand.

The flight status or map looks wrong.

Live status, positions and weather come from third-party data sources and can be delayed or incomplete. Skylog is a personal record-keeping tool and shouldn’t be used for operational decisions — always rely on official sources.

How do I delete my account?

Open the Account tab → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data from our servers.
